Detailed floorplans

Alongside your high quality photographs, our packages include a free detailed floorplan.

Whilst taking photos, we will compile a plan of your home to be added to your online advert.

Detailed floor plans are a great additional selling tool and can increase your chance of a viewing by 20%. Providing a detailed floor plan gives potential buyers a helping hand when looking at design, furniture layout, wiring systems, and much more.

Viewing management

All viewings are scheduled via our viewings team or online depending on your preference. Once a viewing has been arranged you’ll receive a confirmation text message and email, along with the full name and details about the viewer.

Latest research shows, potential buyers prefer the homeowner to conduct the viewing as they have the best local knowledge of the area and can answer any questions they may have.

However we do have packages available to purchase where we will co-ordinate and conduct the viewings on your behalf. This will be conducted by our staff who are familiar with the local area.
