Alison has over 10 years of sales experience and has been successfully negotiating property sales across the width and breadth of Scotland for the last 8 years. Alison brings a wealth of knowledge to the branch, with her passion for property and care for each and every client at the forefront of her working ethos.

In her spare time, Alison loves socialising with friends and also finds herself, along with her husband, helping out at her parent’s farm, where she grew up. Alison and her husband have their own pedigree Hereford cow called Plum & dream of growing their own heard one day!

Hugh has been working in property management and development for over 12 years and has built up his own portfolio of properties throughout Lanarkshire during this time. He has a wealth of local knowledge and insight across North and South Lanarkshire!!

You may recognise our legendary valuer as he was a star player for St Mirren Football Club and broke the club record for appearances, He celebrated his testimonial year in 2007 and hung up his boots in 2014.

Hugh has developed a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of the property market. He takes pride in providing accurate and comprehensive valuations for our clients, always going the extra mile to ensure their satisfaction. Hugh is known for his friendly and approachable demeanor, making him a pleasure to work with. He is always willing to share his knowledge and expertise with his colleagues and clients.

Meet Kevin, our Director who brings over 20 years of marketing experience across various industries. Kevin has joined the business to help develop our estate agency and law practice, working closely with Managing Director Lynsey. In addition to his marketing expertise, Kevin has a wealth of operational knowledge gained from managing and developing numerous SME businesses.

As a private landlord with over 15 years of experience managing multiple properties, Kevin has an in-depth understanding of the Lanarkshire housing market, as well as mortgage and finance industries. Kevin also works alongside Robin and Rebecca in the marketing department to deliver our marketing strategies.

On a personal note, Kevin loves the outdoors and can often be found exploring with his wife and two young daughters. His burning ambition is to do another parachute jump, something he hasn’t done since he was in his twenties.

Rebecca is our Marketing Executive and has recently qualified with a diploma in Digital Marketing.

As a key member of the team Rebecca is always looking at market trends and the best way to market your home, getting you the most views and ultimately the best level of service. Rebecca is always ready for a photo opportunity and full of informative hints and tips to navigate the property market. Rebecca also creates the content for both solicitors connected to the estate agents.

When she is not working Rebecca is at home caring for her adorable baby girl, fun fact about Rebecca is she went to theatre school for 12 years and has performed on a number of stages including London’s west end!

Since relocating from England, Kelly Ann has joined Lanarkshire Law Estate Agents and brings with her a wealth of knowledge.

With over 23 years of experience within the property industry Kelly brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in all aspects of property, specialising in New build houses. Fully familiar with both the selling and buying process in England and Scotland then Kelly can answer any question that you may have.

When not working she enjoys spending much enjoyed time with her family and friends and taking her dog John out for long walks.

Transitioning from working with Solicitors to estate agents provided Lynn with insight into the legal intricacies of property transactions, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and adherence to legal requirements. Her tenure with independent agencies further broadened her perspective, enabling her to adapt to diverse environments while maintaining unwavering professionalism.

As our interim branch manager, Lynn brings a wealth of knowledge, professionalism, and dedication to her role. With her leadership, we are confident in our ability to exceed client expectations and achieve outstanding results. Lynsey Millar is the Managing Director of the Law Practice based out of the Bellshill office. She graduated with honours from Strathclyde University in 2002 and obtained a Diploma in Legal Practice from the Glasgow Graduate School of Law in 2003. She is also a Notary Public.

She has developed the legal practice conveyancing department which now grows from strength to strength. She has been appointed as the Court’s Independent Representative to carry out the conveyancing in a number of family disputes.

She works closely with the Law Practice and the Estate Agency to ensure the best client care and highest professional standards.

Yvonne brings her exceptional skills as a Sales Negotiator to our team, where she plays a pivotal role in facilitating seamless transactions between buyers and sellers. With her extensive experience and keen eye for detail, she ensures that every interaction is conducted with the utmost professionalism and care, striving to exceed our clients' expectations at every turn.

Yvonne was born and bred in Bellshill, she possesses an intimate understanding of the local market landscape, making her an invaluable asset to both our team and our clients.

Beyond her professional expertise, Yvonne spends her spare time with her two adorable little girls and husband. She enjoys socialising with friends and family.
