Yesterday, I mentioned some ways you can make your home more appealing to passing traffic, vehicular or foot.
But another local home seller emailed us with a really good point so I wanted to raise it, sooner rather than later, for you too.
What if it’s not your kerb appeal that’s the problem but a neighbour’s property? This is a tricky situation but there are ways of dealing with it.
If there’s rubbish or other unsightly things in front of their home, politely ask if you could dispose of it for them.
Another way around this thorny issue is by offering to help. You might be mowing your lawn so you could always offer to do theirs too. The power of kindness can go a long way.
