Hope you’re having a good week. Last time, I was talking about how to use emotions to help sell your home. Here’s my second idea.
Once you’ve used the writing to express the home’s lifestyle, pack an even greater punch with photos that do the same.
It is important to use the wide-angle lens to show the room as a whole but add to that with a handful of lifestyle shots.
For example, how about highlighting a pretty corner in the garden, a shot of a bottle of wine on the set dining table, or a beautiful cake in the kitchen ready for tasting.
This injects some life into what can otherwise be a banal set of shots showing yet another kitchen, living room, bathroom, and bedrooms. Just like all the others. Don’t get lost in the crowd - it’s so simple to fix!
